We believe that integrity is the foundation on which a business survives and grows. To ensure that our business activities are conducted within an ethical, lawful and transparent framework, we solemnly undertake to observe the following principles.
We comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules. We ensure that our business activities meet the requirements of local and international standards, and we cooperate fully with the lawful requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities.
We are committed to fair and transparent principles in market competition. We will not engage in any conduct contrary to fair competition, including but not limited to monopolistic practice, restraint of competition and false advertising.
We strictly prohibit corruption and bribery in any form. We maintain effective internal controls and oversight mechanisms to ensure the fairness and transparency of business decisions and transactions, and we discipline severely any person involved in corrupt conduct.
We build and maintain relationships of trust with our customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders. We perform our contractual obligations honestly and in good faith, keep our promises, and maintain a high standard of professional ethics at all times.
We respect and protect intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. We do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and we do not tolerate infringement of our own.
We are committed to protecting the personal information of our customers and employees. We take appropriate measures to ensure data security, and we comply with applicable data protection laws and privacy principles.
We accept our social responsibilities and actively give back to society. We pay attention to environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, employee welfare, health and safety, community contribution and sustainable development, and we promote social progress and sustainable development through sound business practice and participation in public-interest activities.
We will ensure that all of our employees understand and observe this Business Integrity Statement, and we will discipline severely any conduct that breaches these principles. We welcome and encourage employees and stakeholders to give us feedback and suggestions, so that we can continually improve and refine our culture of integrity.
This statement takes effect immediately and becomes a standard and a guiding principle for our company's business activities.
